Safety is important in everything we do; Fort Vale sets and maintains high standards of Health and Safety to ensure that all our employees, visitors and contractors work in a safe and healthy environment. The policy is supported by appropriate risk control and audit activities that confirm performance against the policy, plans and systems. We have a strong Health, Safety and Welfare culture throughout the company where employees are encouraged to make suggestions for improvement and have the opportunity for consultations with our on-site Occupation Health service.
